Attendance

School start time is 8:30am with roll call taken by 8:40am. Students arriving at school after 8:40am are regarded as ‘not present’ until they report to the College Office and get signed in late. Students must provide a reason for their late arrival and should present any supporting documentation. Parents will receive an email or phone call to approve the late arrival.

To record a late arrival, non-attendance or early departure, please use Compass. If you have not received your login details or have forgotten your login details please contact the school reception on 8348 7100.

Uniform Supplier

PSW is Point Cook P-9 College's official uniform supplier where you can purchase a wide variety of uniform items for your child. All students are asked to bring a hat to school each day to wear during recess and lunch for sun protection.

Curriculum Contributions

Curriculum Contributions can be paid via two different methods. These contributions could have been paid through the online paperchase ordering system where book packs are purchased. Alternatively, Curriculum Contributions can be paid online via Compass using the Course Confirmations tab.

We ask that families making payment for the contributions only do so via one method listed above and don’t make double payments. If you have any questions regarding these contributions, please do not hesitate to contact the office on 8348 7100 from Friday 27 January.

Medication & Action Plans

Parents of students who have medical conditions that require medication to be kept and administered onsite must provide the medication in its original packaging and the associated action plan to the office at earliest convenience on return to school.

OSHC Information

We have a partnership with YMCA who border onto our college along Tom Roberts Parade. The OSHC program is tailored to support each child's individual interests and ideas. For hours, fees and program details, please refer to the following brochure: OSHC Information 2023
