PCC Bulletin - Term 4, Week 4

This week was the last week of the gradual return to onsite learning. As of Monday next week (November 1st), all students will be back on site.

As has been previously communicated, Mondays curriculum day was postponed as directed by the Department of Education, however we still get Tuesdays Public Holiday to enjoy. If your family will be enjoying a long weekend, please ensure you enter any absenses on Compass.

The new playground near the Prep area has been completed and will be fully open for next weeks return. Also, the removal of the older playgrounds is underway and should be finiahed early next week.

With higher volumes of students returning to site, it is essential that we encourage our students (years 3 and above) to wear masks, unless a medical exemption is in place. The best way to ensure we all continue to have a safe return to school is by doing what we can to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

We have been celebrating the lead up to Halloween and National Children’s week. Children have been preparing Halloween cupcakes and decorations, in preperation of our Halloween party. Children also had the opportunity to watch a child friendly Halloween movie outside on the playground.

To Celebrate Children’s week, children had the opportunity to do face hand painting and sand art.
