PCC Bulletin - Term 4, Week 8

2022 Prep Parents

Yesterday evening, we hosted an online 2022 Prep Parent Information evening. A big thank you to all families who took the time to attend and participate in our evening. It was a successful night and we look forward to seeing our future Preps onsite at the College soon at their transition sessions.

If you have not yet enrolled your child, please do so as soon as possible as we are in the process of finalising class lists.

Year 9 Fundraiser

Today was an exciting day at the College as the school community got involved in our Year 9 graduation fundraiser. Many students got involved in the casual clothes day by donating a coin. The students made the day a lot of fun and we sold many icy poles at lunch time. Here are some snaps of the day. Thank you to everyone who got involved!

Curriculum Day – Monday 29th November

Just one last reminder for Monday’s upcoming curriculum day. As we have already discussed, this is to replace the previously postponed date in November. Curriculum days provide our staff time to complete reporting and ensure they are on top of any administration tasks.

The school will be closed to all students and we will see you all on Tuesday.

Last day of the School Year

The end of the year is coming up very quickly and there are a few reminders that are important for our students and community to know. We will continue to share any relevant information as it comes to us.

  • Friday 17th December, finish at 12:30pm
  • Lockers must be emptied
  • All personal belongings taken home

Students may start bringing home pieces of work from now onwards and in the last week there will be lots of packing up of classrooms and taking home of anything belongs to student’s.

Next Year’s Curriculum Days

At our recent College Council meeting, the curriculum dates for next year were approved. We are really pleased to be able to confirm these dates early and hope this helps with your family planning.

Monday 31st of January 2022 (second day of term 1)
