Acknowledgement of Country

At Point Cook College, we acknowledge the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation as the traditional custodians of the land on which we gather and learn. We pay our respects to their Elders, both past and present.

We express our gratitude for the opportunity to share this land today and recognise the sorrow that accompanies some of the costs of that sharing. As we move forward, we are committed to fostering a spirit of equity, justice, and partnership with all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in our community.

Together, we honour the rich cultural heritage of the First Nations peoples and strive to create an inclusive environment that respects their traditions and knowledge.
